Online Safety and Media Regulation Act 2022
The Online Safety and Media Regulation Act 2022 established Coimisiún na Meán and updated the regulatory framework under the Broadcasting Act 2009.
It also extended this framework to cover matters relating to online safety, including the adoption of the Online Safety Code.
