Broadcasting & video-on-demand complaints
Members of the public are entitled to make a complaint where they believe a radio or television broadcast or programme material on a video-on-demand media service has not complied with standards set out in statute (Part 3B of the Broadcasting and Other Media Regulation Acts 2009 and 2022) or in media service codes and rules.
On these pages, you can find information regarding broadcasters’ and video-on-demand providers’ obligations under statute, an outline of the complaint handling process and a description of the engagement regulated entities can expect from us in relation to complaints.
