We believe in the importance of diverse perspectives and life experiences and recognise the unique contributions our employees make. Our goal is to create an open and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to be their authentic selves.
Our approach
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is at the heart of our People Strategy, a key enabler of our first Organisational Strategy. Aligned with our inaugural GEDI strategy for the media sector, EDI is a cornerstone of our organisational values. We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diversity in leadership is actively pursued. Our approach will be data-driven, evidence-based, and outcome-focused, ensuring that our initiatives reflect the evolving needs of our workforce and society.
As a new organisation, we have already made significant strides in embedding EDI into everything we do. We’ve achieved Bronze accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity, affirming our commitment to building a strong foundation for equity and inclusion. We’ve also partnered with The Open Doors Initiative to further enhance our efforts in creating pathways to equitable employability for underrepresented communities.
While we are proud of the progress we’ve made, we know there is more to do. In the coming years, we are committed to implementing ambitious EDI initiatives that align with our inclusive values and help us build a workplace that truly reflects the diverse world we serve.
