On the 8th December 2023, Coimisiún na Meán published a consultation document on its Draft Online Safety Code and related matters.
Following requests from industry and civil society organisations the Commission has agreed to extend the deadline. The new deadline for submissions is Wednesday 31st of January 2024.
Submission can be made to VSPSregulation@cnam.ie and a copy of the consultation document may be found here.
