Online complaints
Under Article 53 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) users or organisations mandated to exercise rights on their behalf, have a right to lodge complaints against providers of intermediary services alleging an infringement of the DSA.
Users have a right to lodge these complaints with the Digital Services Coordinator (DSC) where the user is located.
We receive complaints from users based in Ireland and across other member states. Those complaints received from other member states are transmitted to us by the DSC of origin.
When we receive a complaint, it is processed in line with our implementing legislation, the Broadcasting Act 2009 (as amended).
